Shipping & Returns At AquaTails:
To see an estimated shipping cost, add the desired products to your shopping cart and go to the shopping cart. Below the product list, you’ll see a section titled Estimate Shipping. In that section, enter the destination country, state/province, and zip/postal code. Once you click the Estimate Shipping button, you will see the estimated shipping cost.
Orders to the domestic United States are shipped Priority Mail so that you receive the product within 1 to 2 days of shipment. Domestic includes Hawaii, Alaska, and the following:
- American Samoa
- Marsall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- United States minor outlying islands
- Virgin Islands (U.S.)
Orders outside the United States are shipped using Priority Mail Express International, when available. We ship Priority Mail Express so that we can track the shipment, ensuring delivery. If that class of shipping is not available then we ship via Priority Mail International.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you are otherwise dissatisfied, we take returns within 45 days of your placing the order.
You may request a repair, replacement, or full credit.
To request any kind of return, please do the following:
- Go to your Orders page and locate your order. If you are not logged into the website, you will be asked to log in.
- On the Orders page, locate your order and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be transferred to the Return Item(s) page.
- On the Return Items page, select the quantity to be returned.
- Choose the receive for the return using the Return Reason field.
- Using the Return Action field, choose how you would like the return to be handled (e.g., repair, replacement, full credit).
- In the Comments field, please provide more information about what is needed. For example, if you need a repair, please give us whatever details are appropriate and helpful.
- Click the Submit Return Request button. The form will send an email to us with the information that you provided.
- Follow the instructions below for the Return Action that you selected.

If you are requesting a repair, please ship the product back to our store using the aforementioned shipping address. Please include a note listing the order number and the repair to be performed. We realize that you just told us that in the previous form, but this is a double check to make sure we take the correct action.
We will make the repair as soon as possible and ship it back to you.
You will pay the shipping cost to send the product back to AquaTails and AquaTails will pay the shipping cost to send the repaired product to you.
If you are requesting a replacement or exchange, please ship the product back to our store using the aforementioned shipping address. Please include a note listing the order number and the action to be taken.
We will send the replacement to you as soon as possible.
You will pay the shipping cost to send the product back to AquaTails and AquaTails will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement product to you.
If you are requesting a refund, please ship the product back to our store using the aforementioned shipping address. Please include a note identifying the order number and information about why you are returning the product.
Once the product is received, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the product and the cost of the original shipment to your credit card.
